SOund healing and restorative yoga

For 90 minutes Jade will lead a guided meditation while teaching gentle yoga poses and immersing you in the healing properties of a sound bath.  Space is limited to 10 people per class and payment must be made in advance to secure a spot.  The cost is $20.
